All orders over $3,000
(US Dollars) require a wire transfer payment.
Shipping
- Normally, we ship in-stock items within 48 hours (2 business
days). Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
- We ship via FedEx and UPS. If FedEx or UPS does not ship to
your address, please contact Customer Support.
- We offer free ground shipping to all addresses in the Continental
United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii which require express shipping for $30)
- For normal ground shipping, please allow up to 7-10 business
days for delivery. Express delivery is available for an additional
fee.
- Non US customers: we are sorry, but at this time we cannot ship
outside the United States.
- We cannot ship using buyer's FedEx Account Number.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made before the order shipment is entitled to 100%
full refund.
- Cancellations made after the order shipment is subject to a 15%
restocking fee. All shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

supports secure online purchasing through 128-bit secure sockets
layer (SSL) technology. Our secure server encrypts all of the
information that you provide, ensuring that your transactions
with us stay private and secure.
Furthermore, you can be assured that the information you give
us is private. We do not sell, rent or share information about
our customers.
Sales Tax - California
Customers Only
All orders shipped to addresses within the State of California
will have 7.75% sales tax added to the purchase price. Buyers outside
the State of California will not be charged sales tax and are
responsible for paying all applicable sales and use taxes to their
jurisdiction.
California resellers who are selling products to end users may
opt not to be charged the California Sales Tax by issuing a Resale
Certificate to AllAboutBattery.com. We also require a facsimile
of a current California Sellers Permit, which may be emailed (as
an electronic scan), faxed, or sent by US Mail. Upon receipt of
these documents, AllAboutBattery.com will remove the sales tax
charges from the final invoice. Please note that California Sales and Use Tax Law
requires AllAboutBattery.com to report purchases from all resellers
exempted from paying sales tax to the California Board of Equalization.
Export from the United
States - Customs, Tariffs, and Taxes
Please note that if the product is purchased for export outside the United
States, the buyer shall be responsible for all tariffs, customs,
duties, or import fees that may apply. We have no control over
these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
As customs policies vary widely from country to country; the
buyer should contact the local customs office for further information.
Mistakes Due to Typographical
or Pricing Errors
Please note that while we work our hardest to maintain accurate and up to date
information, there are times when suppliers and/or manufacturers may provide
erroneous information.
We reserve the right to correct or cancel orders due to these
errors.

Please contact us to obtain Return Merchandise
Authorization Number(RMA#) prior to returning any products.

We cannot accept any returns without an RMA#.

Any products returned due to reasons other
than damage, defects, or an error by AllAboutBattery.com,
are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

This 15% restocking fee applies to products ordered
in error by the customer.

Orders returned for replacement
due to damage, defect, or an error by AllAboutBattery.com,
will not be charged the 15% restocking fee. We will ship the replacement
at no charge.

All shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

The item must be returned in the original
condition with packages including all paperwork, parts and
accessories to insure full credit.

We will not accept returns of any items determined
to have been altered or damaged in any way.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping
and insurance charges, using trackable courier such as FedEx or UPS.
The buyer is required to insure the returned shipment. We reserve
the right to refuse return shipments without insurance.

The returned package must be postmarked and/or received
by the courier within 30 days from the day that the order
was received to ensure credit.
