Product that is returned for reasons other
than damage/defective or an error from AllAboutBattery.com,
is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Ordering the wrong product is subject to
a 15% restocking fee.

Product that is returned requesting a replacement
due to damage/defects or an error from AllAboutBattery.com,
is not subject to a restocking fee. We will re-ship the
replacement with no charge.

Any shipping and insurance charges are
non-refundable.

The item must be returned in the original
condition with packages including all paperwork, parts and
accessories to insure full credit.

We cannot accept a return of any item with
any indication that it has been altered/damaged.

Buyer is responsible for returned shipping
& insurace cost using trackable courier such as Fedex
or UPS. Buyer requires to insure the returned shipment.
We reserve the right not to accept a return shipment without
insurance.

The returned package must be postmarked/received
by courier within 30 Days starting on the day that the order
was received to ensure credit.
